Chocolate Fondue

This Valentine's Day Say I LOVE YOU with CHOCOLATE! And try my decadent Chocolate Fondue! Use it as a dip with mood enhancing and energizing fresh fruit - kiwi, bananas, raspberries, strawberries — whatever you like.

Prep time: less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions:
Place the coconut oil jar in a hot bath to soften the oil. Combine cacao, agave, and vanilla in small mixing bowl.
Add melted coconut oil and whisk together until creamy.
Place fruit on the tip of bamboo skewers and begin dipping.
Fondue may be stored in an airtight container, at room temperature, for up to 1 month.
