Orange and Melon Sorbet

Check out this delicious recipe. Perfect for a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

-2 cups watermelon seeded and cubed

-2 cups cantaloupe seeded and cubed

-3 oranges squeezed

-4 leaves of fresh mint

-4 ounces Agave or honey 

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in high speed blender and liquify 

  • Pour into a 2-inch half pan and cover or into ice cube trays and freeze (will last for 1 month)

  • Remove portions when frozen and puree in food processor until smooth

  • Garnish with fresh fruit and edible flowers and or fresh fruit puree

  • Serve immediately

Makes 5 cups
