Yesiree…..8 pounds in 8 days.
It’s so great to be around someone who has enthusiasm and light energy. Being in the same room with Ryan as he sheds toxic layers is beneficial to all.
He was dancing and singing all day long. ( I tried to catch it on video, but I had my finger on the sound.) Instead I caught him talking about his day. Watch Ryan HERE.
He had so much energy he went off on a run, 5 easy miles he claimed. He couldn’t believe how easy it was.
Ryan’s 24-hour healing crisis was a bit heavy, and placing him in a bath of detoxifying clay helped him release a lot. He was resistant at first, claiming he’s not a bath kinda guy, but when I lit candles and played relaxing music, he was loving the “me” time.
He slept like a baby, and woke like superstar. I am leaving him on his own for the next few days, so we had some planning to do. We went to the market, prepared a hearty vegetable soup, and prepared him for the days ahead. There is no question that it is easier to detox when someone is helping, and I highly suggest sharing any lifestyle routine with someone. It makes it easier and fun.
